I hope I'll be able to ask some help about my project, and create a book for the community about Eclipse and Gadgets. After some great resources and different book ideas I'm building an ebook for the community to access free resources about Eclipse and Gadgets. It will provide basic information about some most used services like: Eclipse, Netbeans, Maven, Spring Framework, JSF, JPA, JAX-WS, WSDL, Tomcat, MySQL, MSSQL, Eclipse XML Editors and more. The ebook will be closed source to avoid commercial purposes. Moreover, I'll open source later part of this book. I hope you'll enjoy it. What I'm thinking about this book, and why this ebook: I want to expose an open platform to solve problems of other developers and make contributions to existent books. What do you think about an ebook for the community? Do you want to contribute to? Tell me some feedback. I'll fix my manuscript and open-source it. I would like to hear your opinion. Thanks a lot Hello there :) I am a newbie on the Java world, and I have been using Subversion for a while to administer my projects. After seeing Eclipse plugins for SVN like SvnEclipse or SVNPlugin by the great Toni John, I started thinking about how the Eclipse plugin's architecture can be reused to build a simple project management tool. I have started a project to build an Eclipse plugin for Subversion using the following technologies: Java 5 Eclipse 3.2 Subversion 1.5 I have been using local Subversion repositories up to this point, and I have some ideas about how to create a real subversion plugin, but as I read on the Apache Subversion site, there are two approaches in the community: - built on top of the SCCS technology; - build on top of BDB technology. I am more familiar with the BDB technology, so my initial idea was to build a subversion plugin based on the BDB storage, and I have been reading and studying b7e8fdf5c8 SvnAdmin 3.1.1.374 With License Key To use the tool, you simply have to install it in your Eclipse environment and give the tool access to your repositories. Then you can configure users and repositories, see their changesets, browse their logs, manage repositories and users. You have also the chance to leave the management of the repositories to the tool, to perform the management yourself or to do a combination of both. To be operational, SvnAdmin needs access to a Subversion server. It also needs to access the server for the management of users and repositories and to perform authentication. The access can be provided to the tool from the repositories or from users. The tool can manage SVN repositories of any type. It can also manage subversion branches of any type (normal, centralized and per-user) but, for this feature, you need an installation that supports the libsvn_client_version_range plugin. Please refer to the Subversion revision to find out for your operating system and version. Also, before managing branches, the tool is able to work with the remote repository (non-local branch) only. SvnAdmin Installation: SvnAdmin is available as an eclipse plugin. Eclipse installs it with the other plugins. Just install the Eclipse with the plugins you want and SvnAdmin will be installed.
